Show Your Skills, Win the Future — 2021 YGS 2nd Employee Skills Competition (Electromagnetic Lock Focus)

With the spirit of honing solid expertise, acquiring practical skills, and building a strong team, YGS successfully held the 2021 2nd Employee Job Skills Competition, themed "Show Your Best, Win with Wisdom."
This year's competition highlighted core processes in electromagnetic lock production, aiming to encourage employees to strengthen their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork. Divided into six teams by job function, contestants demonstrated both speed and precision—truly embodying the spirit of excellence.
Highlights from the Six Teams
Team 1 – Packaging Group
What seemed like a simple task required meticulous care. Contestants inspected each bracket for burrs or scratches before carefully placing it into protective bags, while also ensuring the right manuals and labels matched each product.
Team 2 – Assembly Group
"Speed conquers all."From accurate positioning to quick assembly and precise screw fastening, the team worked seamlessly, like flowing water—fast, smooth, and flawless.
Team 3 – Surface Grinding Group
The real test of machine-human synergy. Contestants finely adjusted machine parameters, then confidently polished magnets until they were perfectly smooth—each movement radiating skill and wisdom.
Team 4 – Coil Winding Group
As a key step in electromagnetic lock production, coil winding determines the lock's maximum holding force. With copper wires spinning swiftly through their hands, contestants wound precise coils in seconds, perfectly blending man and machine.
Team 5 – Machining Group
A true test of "inner strength." Contestants read technical drawings, identified exact drill points, and even sharpened drill bits by hand—knowing that success depended on the precision of every detail.
Team 6 – Parts Packaging Group
Every screw, rivet, and washer had to be accurately sorted into kits. Fingers moved swiftly, ensuring each bag was complete and checked by weight. A single missing piece could disrupt the entire assembly line.
Craftsmanship Beyond Competition
After a week of intense competition, participants fully demonstrated their professional skills and creativity. Winners were selected through strict and fair evaluation by the judges, representing the very best of each group.
But this was more than just a competition—it was a tribute to craftsmanship.
Although the contest has ended, the race for excellence never stops. By setting role models and promoting dedication, the event reinforced YGS's culture of diligence and continuous improvement. Looking ahead, YGS will continue to forge the craftsmanship and spirit behind every electromagnetic lock, embedding it deeply in the heart of every team member.
