Product description

000The YGS-DF fireproof electromagnetic lock combines certified protection with robust performance for critical life-safety applications. It features an advanced anti-residual magnetism design, IP65 waterproof rating, and a V0 fire-resistance classification. The lock body is constructed from high-temperature and corrosion-resistant metal with a double-insulated structure for enhanced safety and durability. Security is maintained through electromagnetic force, with automatic fail-safe release upon power loss to ensure immediate egress compliance.

Compatible with a wide range of control systems, the lock supports left- or right-hand installation on inward or outward opening doors, including both normally open and normally closed fire-rated configurations. It provides a rated holding force of up to 280 kg (+15%). The signal output terminals (NO, NC, COM) are customizable for seamless integration into existing access control and alarm systems.

The YGS-DF electromagnetic lock adopts an anti-residual magnetic structure design and uses AB epoxy encapsulation for physical isolation. The mechanical design of the spring and top pressure parts ensures immediate unlocking in case of power failure, making it suitable for emergency scenarios such as fire escape. ‌

Safety and durability

High-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant metal anti-wear materials, integrated reverse current protection device. Absorbing reverse current pulses reduces the impact on the electromagnet coil and silicon steel sheets, enabling the lock body to have a lifespan of over 350,000 times.

Remote control

Supports linkage with the fire alarm system to achieve synchronous signal alarm. Automatic unlocking is supported when the alarm is triggered. The status of the door lock is continuously and real-time monitored through the control system. ‌

Water-resistant and fire-resistant

Dual lock body insulation design, core IP65 waterproof and flame retardant grade reaches UL94 V-0, and the materials of the lock body mechanism components all meet the waterproof and fireproof grades. ‌
