Product description

The YGS-DF double - door fire - resistant electromagnetic lock is fabricated from high - strength aluminum alloy, and the entire lock body undergoes electroplating treatment. An MOV reverse - connection protection device is incorporated within.

This lock can function within a temperature range spanning from - 10℃ to + 55℃ and under humidity conditions ranging from 0 to 95%RH. Even when exposed to outdoor environments or used frequently, it is capable of maintaining reliable performance.

Rapid lock-picking

The YGS-DF electromagnetic lock features an anti-residual magnetism structure and employs AB epoxy encapsulation to achieve physical isolation. The mechanical design incorporates a spring mechanism and top pressure component, ensuring immediate release upon power failure, thereby supporting rapid egress in emergency situations such as fire evacuations.

Water-resistant and fire-resistant

Double-layer insulation design for the lock body, with a core IP65 waterproof rating and a flame retardant rating of UL94 V-0. The materials used for the lock body components all meet waterproof and fireproof standards.

Safety-Engineered Durability

High-temperature corrosion-resistant metal wear-resistant material, integrated with a reverse current protection device. It absorbs reverse current pulses, reducing the impact on the electromagnet coil and silicon steel sheets, ensuring the lock body has a lifespan of over 350,000 cycles.

Remote operation

Supports linkage with the fire alarm system to achieve synchronous signal alarming, and supports automatic unlocking when an alarm is triggered. Continuously monitors the status of the door lock in real-time through the control system.

Broad Applicability

The YGS-DF double-door fireproof electromagnetic lock is commonly used for shopping mall entrances. The housing is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and the entire lock body is electroplated. It features a built-in MOV reverse polarity protection device. This lock can operate within a temperature range of -10°C to +55°C and a humidity range of 0 to 95%RH, maintaining reliable performance even in exposed outdoor environments or under frequent use. The product has passed CE and MA certifications, meeting international safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards.
