The YGS-DF Double-Door Fireproof Electromagnetic Lock is engineered for critical egress points requiring high holding force and certified protection. It features IP65-rated waterproofing, a V0 fire-resistance rating, and a high-temperature, corrosion-resistant metal body with double-insulated construction. Utilizing electromagnetic force to secure the door, it automatically releases upon power failure to comply with emergency evacuation codes.
Designed for fail-safe operation, the lock maintains structural integrity and a holding force of up to 600 kg even under extreme heat, ensuring immediate exit upon fire alarm activation. It incorporates high-temperature solenoids, thermal barriers, and stainless steel components for reliable performance in fire conditions.
UL-listed and building code compliant, the lock integrates seamlessly with access control systems and includes monitored dry contact inputs (NO/NC/COM configurable) for central status supervision and emergency release. An optional LED indicator provides visual status confirmation. The lock is compatible with left/right and inward/outward opening doors, as well as normally open or closed fire door configurations.

The YGS-DF double-door fireproof electromagnetic lock is commonly used for entrance doors in shopping malls and office buildings. Its housing is constructed of high-strength aluminum alloy, the entire lock body is electroplated, and it features a built-in MOV reverse polarity protection device. The lock operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +55°C and humidity conditions of 0% to 95% RH, maintaining reliable performance even in exposed outdoor environments and under frequent use. CE and MA certifications ensure compliance with international safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards. Equipped with an LED status indicator and optional normally open/closed signal outputs, it seamlessly integrates with a facility's security system.
